中文摘要 | 本文利用電腦輔助分析I-DEAS軟體來模擬小型冷卻風扇之性能分析。本文以雙顆風扇不同的轉速組合與串連間距變化為參數,來進行數值模擬分析。並將所得結果與單顆風扇做比較並找出其最佳化的組合参數。研究結果顯示,雙顆風扇組合所產生的流量比在相同轉速下的單顆風扇約增加10%-15%。當兩顆風扇串連時,以前後兩顆風扇為零間距時的效果最好。其風量約比單顆風扇增加15%。本文數值模擬分析所得結果除了可以提供學術性的研究外,更可以提供國內從事小型冷卻風扇性能提升的廠商做為最佳化設計及改良的重要參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study was used to simulate small cooling fan performance or function analysis by computer-aided analysis of I-DEAS software. In this study, the parameters of different fan-speed and pitch of dual fans in series were used for a numerical simulation analysis. The results of the single fan were used in reference to find an optimal combination of the parameters. The airflow generated by the dual fan in series assembly showed an increase of about 10%-15% more than the single fan (at the same speed). When two fans are placed in series with zero spacing in between, it produces a better performance of efficiency, those airflow increases about 15% compared with single fan. The results of this number simulation analysis, it not only provided academic research, but also promotes the domestic manufacturing references of such small cooling fans with optimization design in future. |
