中文摘要 | 國內各大專校院推展國際志工服務的發展動機大都期盼透過跨越國界的文化交流,促使國內大專青年能發展出更寬廣的全球觀與國際視野,許多研究亦顯示參與國際志工的學習成效包括觀點與技能的改變、自我認識、自信與獨立自主之精神、接受差異與批判思考、人際關係的改善等。本文將以「弘光科技大學2012泰北國際志工服務隊」的執行成效加以探討,並希望能深入探討國內大學生以服務-學習模式從事國際志願服務,了解服務員之參與動機、學習經驗、情緒管理、自我認同以及對人生目標發展等議題,作為各校推動國際志工服務學習計畫與輔導學生投入相關工作之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Domestic many universities to promote and development the international volunteer service motivation is mostly looking forward to the cultural exchange across borders, and prompting the youth are able to develop a broader global outlook and international perspective. Many studies also show that the effectiveness of learning to participate in international volunteer including a change of perspective and skills, self-awareness, self-confidence and independence of spirit, accept differences and critical thinking, interpersonal improvement. This article will focus on "Hung Kuang University international service team in northern Thailand international in 2012. We Alpha hope to depth domestic students engaged in international voluntary service to the service-learning mode, understand the waiter's participation motivation, learning experience, emotional management self-identity as well as the development of life goals and other issues as a school to promote international volunteer service learning project related work of reference and counsel students into. |
