中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解國小排球選手參與動機與團隊凝聚力因素。以2014年和家盃全國排球錦標賽國小排球選手為研究對象。本研究國小排球選手參與動機有「訓練情境」、「獎賞稱讚」、「自我成就」、「滿足需求」、「調適身心」五個因素;團隊凝聚力有「團隊合作」「團隊適應」、「人際吸引」、「人際親和」四個因素。研究結果顯示國小排球選手之參與動機行為越多,其團隊凝聚力越高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to understand the elementary school volleyball players' participation motivation and team cohesion. The players who participated in the primary group of the 2014 He-Xin volleyball game. 1. The elementary school volleyball players in the research were participation motivated by five factors: "Training scenarios", "Reward praised", "Self-achievement", "Meet demand", "Physical and mental adjustment"; 2. There were four factors in the team cohesion: "Teamwork", "Team adaptation", "Interpersonal attraction", "Interpersonal affine". Research shows Coach had more motivation behavior, the higher its team cohesion. |
