中文摘要 | 本文首先探討「教學導師」的源由、角色職責、申請資格、遴選條件與程序、訓練與工作條件等相關文獻理論,其次再運用問卷調查以及專家座談,據以建構一個適合台北市中小學設置教學導師制度的試辦要點。教學導師制度的目的係在幫助新進教師提昇教學專業能力以及協助教師推動行動研究。教學導師制度的規劃考量係以學校為實施本位,由學校自行提出實施計畫後經由教育局審核辦理,另將於實施過程及學年結束時分別進行輔導與評鑑。在教學導師的聘用上則分為遴選、儲訓及聘任等三個階段,以確保教學導師之素質。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to set up a mentor teacher program for public elementary and high schools in Taipei city. The research methods are literature review, questionnaire survey and expert discussion. Based on the results, a detailed program is developed and an experiment of the program is recommended. The aims of the program are: (1) to promote the professional development of school teachers in Taipei, (2) to encourage the teachers to conduct action research, (3) to improve the educational quality of Taipei public schools. |
