中文摘要 | 目的:探討冠狀動脈電腦斷層血管攝影中影響影像品質參數:病人身體質量指數與有效劑量、濾波重組以及影像重建法中之關係式。材料:於2014年一月至六月,收集30例(A組)疑似冠狀動脈疾病病人使用標準劑量進行回顧性冠狀動脈電腦斷層血管攝影,將掃描資料進行影像後處理,重組出不同濾波XCB、XCC,並搭配不同影像重建法-濾波反投影及疊代重組法。利用半經驗方程式代入病人身體質量指數與有效劑量,以及影像重組參數、影像重建法與影像雜訊即可求得參數間與影像品質之關係,並以此方程式求得新的劑量表。調整劑量表格後再收集30例病患(B組),兩組結果代入方程式中比較並使用獨立樣本t檢定與Mann-Whitney U test進行病人基本資料與影像品質間的比較。結果:A組回歸趨勢線r^(2)= 0.50、B組r^(2)= 0.67;影像雜訊A組12.4±1.3,B組12.4±0.65,p<0.05;訊雜比A組36.2±7,B組39.7±6,p>0.05;對比雜訊比A組27±6,B組30±4.8,p>0.05。結論:利用半經驗公式於冠狀動脈電腦斷層血管攝影中可維持影像品質之一致性。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: Explore the correlation among scanning parameters (clinical protocols), which were BMI, tube current, reconstruction kernels and reconstruction algorithm to optimize imaging quality in coronary CT angiography. Methods: 30 consecutive patients with suspected CAD were undergone retrospective ECG-triggered CTCA using standard dose protocol within 2014/Jan-June. The raw data were reconstructed using the reconstruction kernels XCB and XCC. The reconstruction algorithm was adopted as either reconstruction Filter back projection or iterative reconstruction. The BMI, tube current, reconstruction kernels and reconstruction algorithm were detected and their correlations to noise were evaluated using a semi-empirical formula. The formula was developed to provide index in optimizing the tube current. Furthermore, an additional 30 consecutive patients were scanned with the index-based tube current adjustment. Differences in patient characteristics and image acquisition parameters were compared between the 2 groups by using the independent t test, Mann-Whitney U test Results: Linear regression implied R^2 = 0.50, and 0.67 for Group A, and B; the image noise of Group A, B was 12.4± 1.3; 12.4± 0.67, p<0.05; SNR in Group A, B was 36.2± 7, 39.7±6, p>0.05; CNR in Group A, B was 27± 6, 30±4.8, p>0.05. Conclusion: The semi-empirical formula as obtained herein optimized effectively for imaging quality in 256-slice CT coronary angiography |
