中文摘要 | 排灣族奉太陽神為萬物造主。同為始祖之一的蛇類在蛇生口傳故事中,亦不時扮演著誕育人類或幫助人類始祖誕生的角色,因此,排灣族社會向來有「靈蛇」信仰存在,不殺百步蛇的習俗也保留至今。矛盾的是,排灣族射日殺蛇的故事和創生神話同時流傳,二者故事內容比較之下不免產生衝突。就信仰的本質來看,排灣族是精靈(超自然力量)的崇拜者,被賦予精靈力量之物事(在排灣族中以圖騰為典型)就是其崇拜的對象。本文所謂的神物分離觀,係假設排灣族以精靈的有無作準則,用以區隔神與其相對應之物。例如太陽「神」與太陽其「物」不必然等同視之,因為神有精靈,物卻不見得有。以此觀點,試圖對排灣族這類看似崇神而殺神的口傳故事內容,找出較為合理的解釋。 |
英文摘要 | Paiwan think Titan is God. With one of the ancestors of snakes snake born in oral stories, plays from time to time to help birth fertility in humans or human ancestor born role, therefore, Paiwan society has always been "snake" belief exists, do not kill hundred snake customs are preserved. Paradoxically, Paiwan shot and killed the snake sun ancestor stories and myths circulating simultaneously, both the story comparison inevitably produce conflict. On the nature of faith, the Paiwan is a wizard (supernatural) admirer, was given some kind of wizard power (in Paiwan to Totem typical) is its object of worship. In this paper, the so-called fetish separation concept, based on the assumption Paiwan presence in the wizard as criteria to differentiate their corresponding things of God. For example the sun "God" and the sun his "thing" does not necessarily equating, because God has elves, but not necessarily matter. In this view, attempts to Paiwan such seemingly worship God and God's mouth to kill the story, to find a more reasonable explanation. |
