中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大學圖書館館員導入知識管理於工作管理的過程,以妥善地管理館內智慧資產,並提升館員的工作品質與效率。研究對象為南部某科技大學圖書館及其館員。本研究採行動研究法,輔以深入訪談、觀察、知識管理平台工具來進行研究,從知識管理團隊、 KM系統、知識社群、 KM流程來探討知識管理的績效。研究資料以質化及量化並重方式進行分析。研究結果顯示知識管理的導入工作需多面向的進行才能確保導入成效。在團隊運作方面,需與組織目標結合、內隠知識外顯化、持續追蹤與績效評估。在系統建置方面,需建置功能完善、操作容易的系統,並建立知識地圖、養成上傳習慣。在社群經營方面,需有熱心經營的版主,成員無私的分享。在流程方面,知識的取得、蓄積、分享、創新需融合於業務中。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the process of using knowledge management (KM) for the librarians' work management in the university library. It was hoped that this KM process might be helpful to manage the assets of library and improve the librarians' work performance. Research team used action research which comprised interview, observation, and KM system to investigate KM performance of manage team, KM system, knowledge community, and KM process. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were conducted. Result showed that conducting KM needed to process from the multi dimensions to ensure the performance. In the team-work dimension, it needed to combine with the organizational goal, externalize the implicit knowledge, continue to track the results, and evaluate the performance. In the system-establishing dimension, it needed to establish the full-function and easy-operation system, draw the knowledge map, and foster the habit to upload documents. In the community-management dimension, it needed the enthusiastic webmaster to mange and the members to share selflessly. In the process dimension, it needed to integrate the knowledge acquisition, storage, sharing, and creation into the librarians' work. |
