中文摘要 | 牛樟(Cinnamomum kanehirai Hay.)為台灣特有原生種樟科植物。目前牛樟在地上部已有深入研究,唯獨缺少地下部的相關研究。本研究利用嘉義縣達邦地區之牛樟母樹根菌結合體為材料,利用光學顯微鏡進行染根觀察,可於根菌結合體內發現叢枝體、暗色隔膜菌絲及微菌核等構造;並於其生育地土壤中,共計篩選出3種優勢之叢枝菌根菌,分別鑑定為Acaulospora morrowiae、Glomus fasciculatum和Paraglomus occultum。綜合上述,本研究證實,嘉義縣達邦地區牛樟母樹之根菌結合體具有叢枝菌根及暗色隔膜內生菌等二類菌根形態。 |
英文摘要 | Cinnamomum kanehirai Hayata is an endemic species of Lauraceae in Taiwan. In this study, the root-fungus associations were collected from C. kanehirai at Dabang area of Chiayi country. The association was examined with light microscopy. The results revealed that arbuscules, dark sepate hyphae and microsclerotia were present in root cells. In this site, 3 species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, i.e., Acaulospora morrowiae, Glomus fasciculatum and Paraglomus occultum were isolated from soil. This study demonstrated that C. kanehirai could from arbuscular mycorrhiza and dark septate endophyte in the field. |
