中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討國內國民小學資訊組長工作壓力與留任意願之關係,針對台澎金馬地區,13班以上公立國民小學編制內負責資訊相關業務之教師為研究對象進行普查,共計發出1240份問卷,回收679份,有效回收率為54.76%。獲得以下研究結果:一、國民小學資訊組長的留任意願屬於中等程度,資訊組長的留任意願與工作壓力之間呈負相關。換言之,工作壓力感受越強,則留任意願越低。二、目前國民小學資訊組長的工作壓力屬於中上程度;工作壓力各層面的壓力感受由高至低依序為「工作負荷」、「上級要求」、「專業知能」、「人際關係」和「內在衝突」層面。三、國民小學資訊組長在「專業知能」和「內在衝突」兩個層面的工作壓力感受對其留任意願具有預測功能,具有31.2%的解釋變異量。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to understand the relationship between work stress and the desire to continue in the position of information technology coordinators at elementary schools. After literature review to create the study design and hypotheses, a self-developed questionnaire titled as, "Survey for Information Technology Coordinators at Elementary Schools about the Relationship of Work Stress and the Desire to Continue in the Position" was used for this investigation, and the following results were obtained: 1. Information technology coordinators at elementary schools sense average to degree of job stress. There are correlations between work stress and the desire to continue in the position of information technology coordinators at elementary schools. While professional competence and intrinsic conflict showed moderate level of negative correlation with the willingness to remain as the section leader. 2. The desire to continue in the position of information technology coordinators at elementary schools is moderate. 3. Professional competence and intrinsic conflict, two sources of job stress for information technology coordinators at elementary schools have predictive value to their willingness to stay in this position. |
