| 英文摘要 | The maintenance of the Maokong Gondola system takes place overnight, outside operating hours, and on Mondays. The system has 6 stops, including two angle stations, 47 towers and 147 cabins; in other words, a considerable amount of equipment to be maintained, which is often impossible to cover during nighttime and Monday maintenance sessions. Therefore, it is sometimes necessary to arrange extra down time for overhaul. However, to avoid long periods of suspension affecting revenue and public perception, such overhauls need to be completed in as little time as possible. To ensure maintenance quality, we always commission technicians from the original manufacturer to be present whenever significant works or first-time installations or dismounts are being performed. Additionally, auxiliary equipment developed in-house(such as the “double grip”) help improve working methods, and save cost while increasing maintenance efficiency. |
