中文摘要 | 試驗區採用防水布作為防水層,透水板、不織布、水陶石為過濾保水層、纖維質有機物為栽培介質,植栽為百慕達草、假儉草、南美蟛蜞菊、小蚌蘭、天使花、綠莧草、假杜鵑。 實證試驗區溫度數據顯示施作屋頂層、棚架薄層及立面植生綠化可達降溫之效益,與對照區溫差高達4-6℃,降溫節省效益明顯,且本次觀察為秋季氣候溫差,繼續觀察可推估預期夏季高溫氣候更能達到節能降溫效益。 觀察20:00至24:00溫度變化差異,平面試驗區溫差為1.3℃,立面後方溫差為1.0℃,對照區2.2℃,該數值提供的訊息是施作施頂及立面薄層綠化之區域,白天具有降低輻射熱能的吸收達到降溫的效果,夜晚20:00輻射熱能冷卻維持相對穩定,因此試驗區與對照區溫降達2-3倍,此項訊息傳達試驗區綠化工作,不僅可以降溫且能有保溫效果(溫差約1.2-1.5℃) 施作屋頂綠化後,居家二樓9-10月份電量115度較去年同期用電量166度共節省51度,約節省31.8%用電量;由此數據得知都會區頂樓施作屋頂綠化可以減少居家用電量,達到節能的效益。 觀察平面試驗區、棚架區及立面植生區排水現象順暢,且無介質雜質或枯葉導致排水孔阻塞現象,僅排出水色澤微黃且無臭味應為有機介質經水噴灑淋溶透析的色澤,不會造成排水孔阻塞的問題。 |
