中文摘要 | 長期照護需要社政及衛政資源的多方面整合,而長期照顧管理中心是整合資源的平台,透過滿意度才能反應服務流程是否符合民眾需求。本研究透過問卷方式,樣本來源為對於苗栗縣曾接受長期照顧服務之個案或家屬,探討民眾對於長期照顧管理師所提供服務的滿意度,與其反應的相關流程問題。結果共訪談400位接受照顧服務之失能者與家屬,問卷結果顯示長期照顧管理中心所提供的服務內容及長期照顧管理師的服務態度等,皆有大於80%的滿意度,整體滿意度為83%。民眾問題中也發現,政府部門單位對於長期照顧管理的服務流程,並未落實宣導,導致民眾不了解申請過程,造成缺乏對於長期照顧管理中心功能不清楚。民眾在接受過長期照顧管理師服務後,對於服務內容都感到滿意,顯示服務品質是可被信任的。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: Long-term care needs of the resources integration combining health services and public welfare. And a long-term care management center is the platform for the integration of resources. The satisfaction of its service is needed to response the needs of users. Methods: We used a questionnaire to study the satisfaction about care managers and service processes. The disability cases or their families were received to interview. Results: Four hundred disability cases or their families accepting long-term care services were recruited. Our results found that the satisfactions about services of long-term care center and care managers are more than 80%. The total of satisfaction is 83 %. Discussions: The problem that subjects did not understand the service process is due to insufficient guidance of our government. After receiving long-term care services, services of case manager are satisfied, and the service quality can be trusted. |
