中文摘要 | 實習作為博物館學或博物館研究的核心課程之一,國內、外多數教授博物館學相關課程的大學系所,在其課程規劃中都極積地安排學生到博物館中實習,成為博物館專業人才養成培育的重要環節。實際上,實習涉及學校、學生以及博物館三方,有關博物館實習相關研究中,大都偏重於討論學校課程方面的規劃安排,或是學生實習經驗的分析,惟獨有關博物館對於實習的觀點與作法較少被討論。本文以國立歷史博物館「大學相關系所學生暑期來館實習計畫」為例,從「博物館實務觀點」出發,分析博物館實習計畫制度面向的規劃,以及執行面向的運作,試圖對於博物館實習理論與實務進一步討論,並提出博物館實習計畫之可行建議。 |
英文摘要 | Museum internships are one of the core courses in museology and museum studies; they are required in the curriculum for relative graduate and postgraduate programs. It is also an important part for the talent development of museum professionals. In fact, museum internships are relevant to universities, students and museums. Most of the research on museum internships focus on the curriculum arrangement, the experience of interns. However, seldom has it been discussed from the perspective of museum practice. In this paper, the author would like to investigate the Summer Internship Program at the National Museum of History both from the planning and the practice aspects. On the basis of the museum practice perspective, this essay will propose to rethink the theory and practice of museum internships, and to suggest some ways to improve the internships program. |
