中文摘要 | 本文旨在敘說高雄縣偏遠小校山谷國民小學,從2002年8月面臨裁併校危機,校長教學領導實踐與組織活化、教學活化等學校經營層面,以補充國內偏遠小校之研究。筆者於2002年8月初任偏遠小校校長即面臨一連串的裁併校危機,有鑑於國內偏遠小校存廢研究,大都以調查與訪查為主。筆者嘗試以研究者與經驗者的主角立場,敘說校長教學領導實踐,活化偏遠小校教學,促成偏遠小校組織再造的學校經營實務經驗,提供探討與研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article was to narrate how an elementary school principal performed teaching leading practice, organization activation, teaching activation in school administration in order to supplement with faraway small schools on how to overcome the crisis of being merged ever since August 2002. The narrator was appointed as faraway small elementary school principal in August 2002 when the school was facing a series of merging crisis at the time. The research regarding domestic faraway small school retaining or abolishment mostly was based on investigation and inquiry. Here the narrator attempted to act as a researcher and to take a role as participant. Quoted from the narration:"The principal: teaching leading practice, Activated faraway small school teaching, to promote faraway small school re-organization in real administration experience, to provide discussing and study." |
