| 中文摘要 | 綜觀航空器發動機在正常運作狀態下,內部隨時存在著高溫、高壓等易引發故障的潛在因子。如何讓發動機在如此嚴苛工作環境中依然能維持可靠性,對於保障飛行安全和降低企業營運成本的影響越來越顯著。對於發動機如此複雜的系統而言,能有效地描述其行為的能力也相對減少。現行的維修語言中對於發動機故障描述通常也只有“排氣溫度高、滑油消耗量大、震動過大、發動機加速慢"等模糊的描述方式。本研究的目的乃將運行中發動機不同屬性之參數予以收集、分析並處理,並透過模糊邏輯(Fuzzy-Logic)理論,合理並準確地刻畫出其模糊性事件間的關係。對即將發生隨機性的故障做出有效的判斷,進一步研判發動機老化的趨勢,以維持發動機之可靠度與妥善率。 |
| 英文摘要 | During aviation engine on normal operating including high temperatures, high internal / external pressures, centrifugal force due to high speed rotation etc. Under such extensive operating environment, the durability of an aviation engine will be a main issue for the industry who also carried other issues such as cost and liability assurance (safety). Along the 20th century, accurate or precise descriptive wordings on how an aviation engine operates are limited. "EGT High; Excessive Oil During aviation engine on normal operating including high temperatures, high internal / external pressures, centrifugal force due to high speed rotation etc. Under such extensive operating environment, the durability of an aviation engine will be a main issue for the industry who also carried other issues such as cost and liability assurance (safety). Along the 20th century, accurate or precise descriptive wordings on how an aviation engine operates are limited. "EGT High; Excessive Oil Consumption; Excessive Vibration; Slow Acceleration "wordings are often used to describe defects on an aviation engine. It can only provide limited information of the engine under such a complicated machine hardware/software system. The purpose of our research is to collect different types of coefficient of varies data on an operating aviation engine for further analysis/process under the Theory of Fuzzy-Logic to point out accurately the relationship between its fuzzy events. By in according with data from the research, an accurate judgment on unexpected defects during troubleshooting will be provided. Also, data could be used on preventive maintenance for ageing engines. The final purpose is to cut down maintenance cost and enlarge liability to assure the safety of an aviation engine. |
