| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討學生職業成熟度及其相關因素。首先透過文獻分析與整理,建立整體研究架構。繼而選擇問卷調查法,以自行發展之職業成熟度問卷為工具,蒐集研究所需資料。調查實施以中華科技大學日間部學生為對象,施測獲得有效樣本446份。使用次數分配、標準差、排序、t-考驗、ANOVA及多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析資料,獲致主要結論如下:1.總體而言,學生的職業成熟度總平均數為3.67。顯示學生的職業成熟度不高。2.學生自我評價較高5個項目是:「求職未被錄取,我會再接再厲」、「我會根據自己的想法選擇職業」、「找不到第一志願的工作,我樂於接受第二或第三志願的工作」、「我常考慮可能從事的職業」及「我清楚自己喜歡什麼工作」。3.男生的職業成熟度較女生高。二、三年級學生,比一、四年級學生較積極。4.有「針對畢業後就業的學習計畫」,「對自己就讀科系前景的信心」、大學生活感受認為自己是「有目標有計劃」,「未來從事與就讀學系相關工作」的學生,職業成熟度顯著較高。5.16個預測變項預測效標變項(職業成熟度),進入迴歸方程式的顯著變項有9個,多元相關係數為.618,聯合解釋量為.382,亦即選出的10個變項能解釋學生職業成熟度的38.2%的變異量。就個別變項而言,「針對畢業後就業的學習計畫」的預測力最佳。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study explored students' Career maturity and related factors at China University of Science and Technology (CUST). Based on literature review the study Established study framework and a questionnaire were developed to collect data. The participants were 446 students who attended classes during the day in the 2013 academic year. The questionnaire data were analyzed using statistical methods, including frequency and percentage, standard deviation, ranking, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results led to the following main conclusions: 1. Overall, the Career maturity of students reach average of 3.67. Show students the need to strengthen career development maturity. 2. Student self-evaluation top 5 items are: “Job not admitted, I will continue to work," “I would choose a career based on their own ideas," “Can not find the first ideal job, I am happy to accept the second or third ideal work," “I often consider the possible occupation," and “I know what kind of work I like." 3. The career maturity boys are higher than girls; the Sophomore and the junior, are well than freshman and the senior. 4. The students who with these opinions “There are learning plan for employment after graduation," “Confidence in the prospects for their own academic department," “University life experience considered themselves were 'There are plans to have goals'," “After graduating from the Department wish to engage in studying related work," have significantly higher career maturity. 5. 16 predictive variables predicted criterion variables (career maturity), Into the regression equation has nine significant variables, multiple correlation coefficient was .618, Joint interpretation amount .382, which is elected by nine variables can explain the students' career maturity overall average of 38.2% of the variance. In terms of individual variables, the predictive power of “There are learning plan for employment after graduation" with the best. |
