英文摘要 | The mission of coachship is to proride means and resources to help team members and the whole team to achiere the stated goals. Other than providing leadership and making mangenal decision, it also involves the decision-making process, moticating mechanism feedback loops, personae connection building, and confidence enhancing for the whole team. However, successful leardership counts on a self-adapting flexibility, facing enviomental factors and player characteristics, In recognition of the elements of an effective leadership and making referenu to find ingings from leadship guestionnaire, a successful including the following dimensions leader can levies the behavioral mode through introspection and selfawareness so the deficiency can be strengthened: coaching&training; democratic leadership behavior; authoritarian leadership behavior; affective behavior; and, positive feed back behavior. |
