| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為利用MatriXX(Evolution)驗證COMPASS系統,並評估COMPASS應用於RapidArc三維劑量驗證之可行性。為了臨證COMPASS之射束模型,將比較COMPASS射束模型與水假體量測之資料;另外為了評估不同劑量演算法間的差異,也比較相同照野條件下,COMPASS(collapsed cone convolution, CCC)與Eclipse(anisotropic analytical algorithm, AAA)之計算結果;最後再分別比較COMPASS重建之三維劑量分布、MatriXX(Evolution)二維劑量量測結果,及Eclipse三者,以驗證COMPASS系統。在COMPASS與水假目體資料之比較中,不論是百分深度劑量,或是不同照野大小之劑量剖面圖,其最大差異約為1 %;在與Eclipse治療計畫系統的比較方面,若使用2%、2mm之條件進行gamm值分析,可發現6MV光子有較好的一致性,在不同假體深度下(3cm、5cm、10cm及15cm)其gamma值通過率平均值為98.37%,10MV光子之平均通過率僅有95.29%;若使用的條件為3%、3mm時,可發現不論6MV光子或10MV光子,其gamma值通過率皆接近100%。另外,COMPASS重建之劑量與二維劑量量測結果相比之gamma值通過率平均值為98.64%±1.02%,表示COMPASS重建之劑量與實測值相符,而在COMPASS與Eclipse治療計畫系統的比較中,gamma值通過率平均值則為98.91%±0.76%,顯示COMPASS能正確重建三維之劑量分布,應用於RapidArc三維劑量驗證是個可信賴的QA方法。 |
| 英文摘要 | COMPASS system designed by IBA Dosimetry is used for IMRT or RapidArc plan verification, The aim of this study is to access the feasibility of the COMPASS system for dose verification for RapidAr as part of our clinical RapidArc QA program. Twelve RapidArc cases with different treatment sites and energies were chosen in this study. Each case was measured with two different methods. First, The MatriXX^(Evolution) was setup on the treatment couch to obtain the 2D dose distributions reference. Secondly, the MatriXX(Evolution) was mounted on the gantry to record the field responses which was used to reconstruct the 3D dose distribution in MultiCube phantom by COMPASS system. The OmniPro-I'mRT software was used to compare the COMPASS dose distribution with the results from MatriXX(Evolution) and Eclipse TPS. The average passing rate of gamma index was 98.64%±1.02% and 98.91%±0.76% for the comparison between COMPASS and 2D dose distribution and between COMPASS and Eclipse TPS respectively. In conclusion, the COMPASS system is reliable and can be used in clinical QA program and 3D dose verification. |
