中文摘要 | 胡麻(Sesamum indicum L.)種子中含有豐富木酚(lignan)及其他抗氧化成分,而種子中之木酚素主要以芝麻素(sesamin)、芝麻林素(sesamolin)為主。本試驗利用目前主要裁培品種台南1號做為材料,於植株約3~4片葉時(播種後20~25天)進行第一次追肥,另外於收花前(播種後55天)進行第二次追肥,追肥種類分為台肥1號、台肥5號、台肥39號及台肥142號四種,以探討追肥種類不同是否影響胡麻農藝性狀及種子所含之sesamin及sesamolin含量均不同追肥處理影響。在春作欲提高胡麻農藝性狀表現,建議可選擇台肥1號或台肥142號,在秋作則可選擇台肥1號;欲提高木酚素含量,在春作宜選擇台肥39號,秋作則選擇台肥142號。 |
英文摘要 | Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) seeds are rich in lignans (sesamin, sesamolin) and other antioxidants. In this study, we chosen Tainan No.1 because of it is currently the main plant cultivars. As a material in the plant leaves when about 3 to 4 (20 to 25 days after sowing) dressing for the first time, in addition to flower before closing (55 days after sowing) a second dressing. Top dressing fertilizer types are divided into sets of CF 1(Compound Fertilizer No.1), CF 5(Compound Fertilizer No.5), CF 39(Compound Fertilizer No.39) and CF 142(Compound Fertilizer No.142).This study aimed to investigate the influences of different top dressing fertilizers treatments on agronomic characters, sesamin and sesamolin contents of sesame to improve the qualities of sesame. The experiment result shows that the plant height, mature seed number, ratio of mature seed number, mature seed weight, immature seed weight, and ratio of mature seed weight, contents of sesamin and sesamolin were significantly influenced by different top dressing fertilizer. If you want to improve the agronomic characters, it is recommended to select the CF 1or CF 142 in spring crop and the CF 1 in the fall crop. Improving the contents of sesamin and sesamolin agronomic characters, it is recommended to select the CF 39 in spring crop and the CF 142 in the fall crop. |
