| 中文摘要 | 本研究利用田口動態分析法評量電腦斷層模擬定位掃描儀之掃描參數對不同電子密度其CT值(CT number)的影響。同一組織在不同的掃描條件下得到的CT值可能產生相當大的差異,從而導致劑量計算的誤差。本研究利用Catphan 600假體中的CTP 404 module在不同條件下進行電腦斷層掃描,利用因口動態分析法分析各參數對CT值影響的程度,結果找到影響CT值的重要因于是kVp,其次是照野大小FOV(Field of View),次要因子是mA。使用變異數分析ANOVA(Analysis of Variance)驗證研究所得結果,亦顯示99%以上信心水準,具有統計上顯著的意義。並找到不同電子密度其CT值再現性最高的參數設定,建議選擇1秒的掃描時間,130 kVp,200 mA,40公分的照野大小,3毫米的切片厚度,平滑影像演算法,期望降低治療計劃系統劑量計算的誤差。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study used Taguchi dynamic analysis to evaluate the effect of CT number of scanning parameters of CT simulator for different electron densities. The CT nurnber of a certain tissue had large deviationon when it was scanned with dissimilar parameters, and caused fluctuation to the dose planning calculation. The Catphan 404 module of Catphan 600 was adopted and scanned with dissimilar parameters. The effect of CT number of scanning parameters was mainly proceed through the Taguchi dynamic analysis in this work. The evaluated dominant factor that mainly affected the CT number was kVp and FOV and the minor factor was mA. Furthermore, the optimized recommendation of the factors was also confirmed by the ANOV A and was shown above 99% confidence level in statistical significance. The optimized setting were: (1) 1 sec scan time, (2) 130 kVp, (3) 200 mA, (4) 40 cm FOV, (5) 3 mm thickness, (6) soft algorithm to further verify the CT number reproducibility. The recommended combination of the factors could successfully reduce the uncertainties of the dose treatment planning. |
