| 中文摘要 | 現代放射治療技術的發展朝向更複雜的三維(3D)劑量輸出。因此,一個具有三維成像能力的治療劑量品質保證系統將是極其重要的。目前可供選擇的方式中,凝膠劑量計在臨床應用上最具有潛力。本研究利用電腦斷層掃描儀對n-NIPAM凝膠進行測量,探討凝膠劑量計之能量依存性與輸出劑量率依存性,並比較凝膠劑量計與游離腔對光子與電子射束於百分深度劑量分佈之差異。結果顯示n-NIPAM在光子與電子射束1~15 Gy範圍平均敏獻度分別為0.543(R^2 = 0.992)與0.541(R^2 = 0.992)。在6MV與10MV光子之間敏感度變化率低於1%,100~600cGy/min之劑量輸出率下,敏感度相差32%,n-NIPAM凝膠百分深度劑量的測量結果與治療計劃系統模擬之結果有吻合。本次的研究顯示凝膠劑量計可用於放射治療空間劑量分佈之測量。 |
| 英文摘要 | Radiotherapy is aiming at giving complex 3-D dose distribution. Thus, having 3-D imaging ability to guarantee the therapeutic dose quality is important. The gel dosimeters applied at clinical practice have the potential to record 3-D dose distribution. In this study, we used CT scanning to read the n-NIPAM gel dosimeters. The energy dependence and dose rate dependence of n-NIPAM were evaluated as well. The depth dose distributions measured by the n-NIPMA gel dosimeter and ionization chamber were compared with photon beam and electron beam. The results showed that the average sensitivity of the n-NIPAM in the range of 1~15Gy was 0.543 HU/Gy (R^2 = 0.992) and 0.541 HU/Gy (R^2 = 0.992) with photon beam and electron beam. The variations in sensitivity between 6- and 10-MV photons were lower than 1%. The difference in sensitivity between the dose rates of 100 and 600 MU/min was 32%. In the percentage depth dose (PDD) measurements, the n-NIPAM gel had a similar trend to the PDD measured in the treatment planning system. The n-NIPAM gel dosimeters can be used for verifying the depth dose distribution of radiation therapy. |
