| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的是將平面式斷層掃瞄視為錐形射束掃瞄的一部分,並導入斷層合成(Tomosynthesis)用濾波反投影法(Filtered back projection, FBP)加以重建影像,評估其應用於莖突攝影時的診斷價值,並且和傳統斷層攝影(Tomography)做比較。研究共收集45 位耳鼻喉科臨床病患,施行平面式斷層攝影,並以濾波反投影法(FBP)作影像的重組所得到的結果,測量莖突的長度及偏移角度,及判斷莖突型態是否斷裂,並與傳統斷層攝影的結果做比較。莖突長度測量結果利用成對樣本T 檢定法(Paired Samples T-test)比較兩種組像方式,兩種組像方式在左側與右側莖突長度測量皆有顯著的差異(p 值分別為<0.001 與0.015)。而在測量莖突偏移角方面兩側亦有顯著性的差異(左右邊p 值分別為0.047、0.046。使用McNemar Test 進行統計判斷莖突形態是否斷裂,左右兩側莖突形態統計結果顯示皆有明顯的差異。利用斷層合成之FBP 法,相較於傳統X 光攝影及傳統斷層攝影法對於莖突部位有較佳的影像品質以評估莖突的形態與長度、偏移角度量測。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to evaluate the diagnostic utility of tomosynthesis in visualizing the styloid process by using the filtered back projection (FBP) method. Fourty-five patients referred from Otorhinolaryngology department were enrolled in this study. Tomosynthesis was performed for each patient. Images were reconstructed by using the FBP method, which was compared with those using the routine tomography. Evaluations included the length and the deviation angle of the styloid process, and the status of fracture of the styloid process. Results showed statistically significant differences of the length and the deviation angle between the FBP and routine tomography methods (P<0.05). The McNemar test showed significantly difference between the two methods in judging the fracture of the styloid process. The tomosynthesis with FBP reconstruction provides a superior visualization and clinical utility in stylid process. |
