| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的爲評估不同造影姿勢是否會影響對於扁平足之診斷。經扁平足體檢新兵同意後,以三種不同姿勢(標準造影姿勢、單腳施力及屈膝站立)執行造影,本研究共收集95位受試者之側位X光影像。評估的依據爲各影像之足弓角(第五蹠骨兩端下緣連線與跟骨兩端下緣連線之夾角)是否有所差異。使用配對樣本t 檢驗分析所得結果,統計結果顯示無論是採用單腳施力或屈膝站立姿勢,其角度皆大於採用標準姿勢所得結果,且皆具顯著性差異。然而,因姿勢改變所造成的角度變化並不與身體質量值(BMI)呈現相關性。由本研究可得知造影姿勢的確會影響診斷,因此,第一線的放射師應更準確要求受試者之擺位,以期將誤判之機率降至最低。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine whether radiographic results obtained from different imaging postures would influence the clinical judgment of flatfoot clinically or not. Ninety-five army recruits were adapted as experimental subjects. Lateral radiographs were obtained using three different postures (standard procedure, body weight upon right leg, bended knees). The judgment criterion was measured the arch angle between calcaneal line and fifth sub-metatarsal line in the radiographs derived from different postures. Paired samples t test revealed significant difference between the results of weight upon single leg posture and standard procedure and that of bended knees and standard procedure. In addition, the difference in angle degree between bended knees posture and standard posture does not correlate with BMI value (r<0.01). In this study, the results revealed that postures would influence the clinical judgment of flatfoot. To reduce the possibility of false diagnosis, the accurate posture for imaging should be more punctilious. |
