中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小教師運動參與、情緒智力與工作壓力間差異相關情形。以102學年度桃園縣公立國小教師為研究對象,採比例分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查,共發放問卷545份,回收497分,有效問卷回收率達91.2%,本問卷資料以單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與多元迴歸等方法進行資料分析,獲得以下結果:一、運動參與在中程度以上,整體工作壓力小於低度運動參與者;情緒智力在中程度以上,整體工作壓力小於低度情緒智力者。二、國小教師運動參與和工作壓力有顯著負相關,情緒智力和工作壓力有顯著負相關,運動參與和情緒智力有顯著正相關。三、國小教師運動參與、情緒智力可以預測工作壓力。最後根據研究結果提出建議,以供國小教師、學校單位、教育主管機關及未來研究者參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences and relations among teachers' exercise participation, emotional intelligence and job stress at elementary school. Stratified random sampling was adopted to select public elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County as participants in the fall semester of 2013. The questionnaires used in the study were administered to 545 teachers, and the effective samples returned were 497 samples. The retrieved probability was 91.20%. The collected data were analyzed by several statistical methods: one-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The results are as follows: 1. Teachers with medium exercise participation level had lower job stress than those with low exercise participation level, and teachers with medium emotional intelligence level had lower job stress than those with low emotional intelligence level. 2. There were positive correlations between teachers' exercise participation, emotional intelligence and job stress. 3. The teachers' exercise participation and emotional intelligence could significantly predict the job stress. Based on the above results, this study is expected to provide suggestion for elementary school teachers, schools and the educational administration organizations, as well as reference for future researchers. |
