中文摘要 | 過去的空間資訊產業,在進行資源管理時,僅能用野外實地探勘,航空/衛星照 片搜集,及政府普查資料加以數位化,並透過地理資訊系統(GIS)賦予空間意義, 提供展示及進行空間演算分析,達到資源管控的目的。但由於資訊的取得無法全面且 即時,因此僅能屬於靜態式的管理。 近年來由於移動資源管理(Mobile Resource Management,包括外勤人員、運輸載 具、自然資源及農林漁牧業等)的難度日益複雜,政府單位及民間企業的需求亦大幅 提高,讓過去的靜態式管理已無法應付未來挑戰。由於物聯網相關新技術在這十餘年 進展快速,包括無線通訊、感測設備、雲端服務、大數據分析與智慧手機的成熟及普 及,這些因素將使得移動資源管理的資訊取得成本更為價廉及方便,真正邁向全面又 即時的動態式管理。因此空間資訊產業在此方面的發展將有極大的空間可發揮;本文 以在台灣發展15年的瞰車大衛星車隊管理服務為案例,說明移動資源的管理非屬未來 式,而是進行式的事。 |
英文摘要 | During the resource management on Spatial Information industry in the past, often used on field exploration, aerial photographs, satellite images, and government census data to be digitized and given meaning through spatial geographic information systems (GIS), to provide display, spatial analysis and forecast management to achieve the goal of resource management. However, due to information can’t be acquired comprehensive and immediately, therefore it’s always performed in a static-style management. In recent years, due to increasing difficulty & complex on mobile resource management(Mobile Resource Management, including Field Service Staff, Transportation Vehicle ,Natural and Agriculture Resources…etc) along the hiking demand from government &private enterprises, a static-style management has been unable to cope with challenges of future. Under the rapid progress of related new technology on IOT in this decade ,including the widespread of wireless communications, sensors, cloud services , big-data analysis and smart phones, these factors will make a more affordable cost to obtain mobile resource management information and move towards to a comprehensive and real-time dynamic management. Therefore, Spatial Information industry will have a maximum space for developing and application. Above statement referred to RITI Technology Inc, the best service provider with satellite positioning technology and in-depth domain knowledge of fleet management in Taiwan, which indicated mobile resources management is not only an image of future business, but in processing now. |
