中文摘要 | 本研究目的在了解整合科技接受模型理論中基本資料、績效期望、努力期望、社會影響、促進條件對國內國際觀光飯店的消費者使用網路訂房的行為預測。研究對象是從17間國際觀光飯店進行消費者問卷調查,回收488份問卷,有效回收率71.64%。資料經階層迴歸分析顯示:整合科技接受模型理論模式中基本資料、績效期望、努力期望、社會影響及促進條件等變項對國際觀光飯店消費者網路訂房使用行為具有顯著預測力。最後本研究提出一些建議,提供相關國際觀光飯店及未來研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to understand how the basic theoretical integrated technology acceptance model, Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence, and Facilitating conditions forecast domestic and international tourist hotel consumers' internet booking behavior. 17 international tourist hotels were targeted for conducting consumer surveys, resulting in 488 valid questionnaires with the effective response rate of 71.64%. The hierarchical regression analysis results showed that the basic theoretical integrated technology acceptance model, Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Social influence, and Facilitating conditions had significantly predictive power on international tourist hotel consumers' internet booking behavior. This study with the achieved findings hopes to provide relevant international tourist hotels and future researches with a number of useful recommendations. |
