中文摘要 | 一、鑄模技術為鑄造作業中最為複雜耗時且重要之一環,鑄模品質除關 係到脫模後。再加工作業繁易,對於鑄造品之質量及品質亦存在著 極為重大的影響。 二、鑄模技術為模具師依經驗刻雕完成木模或蠟模製作,並翻製「鑄型 」之過程,而模型好壞則取決於模具師傅之刻雕經驗;另製作過程 耗時及缺乏同類經驗累積效益,都影響著鑄模作業執行。 三、鑄模作業導入3D列印技術,於成品易視性及直覺設計上較能獲得立 即且可翻轉之視圖傳達,有利於模型產出前之確認,並減少重工及 修正所產生之衍伸性工時成本,在同類經驗累積及製品規格之彈性 調修,都較傳統作法為佳;於刻工經驗斷層之克服及產出效率提升 上均能有效解決。 |
英文摘要 | 1.Mold-casting technology has been recognized as a considerable complexity processing, but highly important in foundry industry. The quality of mold casting is affected a great deal by the reprocess of lost wax casting. Lt also has a significant impact on the quantity and quality of found objects. Molding technology is common used process of forming foundry from wood mould or wax mould. The quality of foundry relies on years of professional wood carving, sculpture and design experience with absolute confidence. In addition, its complex, time-consuming production process and lack of accumulated experience result in effects on the ex-ecution of process in injection molding and extrusion. 2.In manufacturing, 3D printing has turned the production of injection molded prototypes into a quick, easy and inexpensive process when a special flip lens is applied to the interlaced image and it gives engineers real-time visibility and applies design intuition accordingly as well as can save costs, and reduce timescales, rework and corrections. 3.Therefore, the approach compares to the traditional way, it provides greater performance in terms of the accumulation of subsequent experience and elastic adjustment for the relevant product standards and design specifications as it automatically print out any files you request. Overcoming obstacles and difficulties in carving experience and efficiency of the model output can often be resolved effectively. |
