中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於探討民族國小網球班運動心理技能之差異情形;並對校隊與否進行區別分析。本研究運動員心理技能量表係依據邱玉惠(2001)以ACSI-28為研究工具;採立意取樣進行五點量表問卷填答,共有94人(男生66人、女生28人)。並將所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本二因子多變量變異數分析及區別分析進行檢定。研究結果:一、整體而言「可教導性」得分最高;「自信心」得分最低。二、校隊與否與年齡及訓練時數等變項,交互作用效果未達顯著水準;校隊與否與性別之間交互作用效果達顯著水準。男生校隊在「壓力處理與逆境調適」、「動機」及「可教導性」層面上,顯著優於非校隊男生;女生非校隊在「可教導性」層面上顯著優於非校隊男生。三、運動心理技能能有效區別校隊與否,整體預測分類為84.0%,預測正確率頗佳。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the varied status of variance in different backgrounds in sport and exercise psychological-related skills of students in the tennis class at Min Tsu Elementary School, as well as to analyze the differentiation of students, i.e., whether or not they are members of school team. The research is based on the Athletes' Psychological Skills Scale made by Ciu Yu-hui (2001) and ACSI-28 as a study tool. By taking purposeful samplings, 5-scale questionnaires were used to obtain data from students. In total, 94 students were asked to participate in the study (66 male students and 28 female students). Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent samples, 2-factor multivariate analysis of variance and differentiation analysis. The study results indicated: 1. in general, "teachableness" achieved the highest score and "confidence" received the lowest score. 2. No significant level was found in the variance and interaction of students' age and training hours; students could be members or non-members of school team. There was a significant level of interaction in regard to students' gender; students could be members or non-members of school team. The male members of school team performed better in "pressure management and adversity adjustability", "motivation" and "teachableness" than did male non-members of school team. The female non-members of school team performed better in terms of "teachableness" than did male non-members of school team. 3. Sport or exercise psychological-related skills of students can effectively differentiate the variance of members or non-members of school team; the entire estimated classification achieved 84.0% and the correction in percentage was quite good. |
