中文摘要 | 本研究係針對設施穴盤芫荽栽培管理所需,試驗研製一臺輪轉吊盤式立體栽培架,採AC220V×1/2HP電動馬達為動力源,鏈條、鏈輪組傳動,以驅使6組懸吊承盤迴轉;電控箱具有間歇迴轉角度、速度與頻率等選擇,並可搭配輪轉定位進行噴露作業。經試驗結果顯示,吊盤式栽培架每日耗電量0.32kwh;6組承盤平均光照25.8~31.2 kLux,光積值(照度累積量)為對照組之38.4~46.7%;白天平均溫度範圍介於33.3~34.2℃,較對照組44.6℃低10℃以上。另因立體栽培架具遮陰效果,夏季芫荽在設施內生長情形良好,且穴盤栽培較露地土耕快10天採收,單位面積產量可增加70%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to develop a vertical rotary type tray culture system for coriander seedling by using plug plate production. This facility was powered by a AC 220V×1/2 HP electric motor, and 6-suspended trays were driven by a set of transmission chain for rotary movement. The electrical control box had functions of intermittent rotation angle, rotation speed, frequency and positioning with rotary sprinkler operation. The results showed that the electric power consumed in this vertical culture facility was 0.32 kWh daily. Average illumination of sunlight received among trays was 25-30 kLux, and light integral was 39-44% rlower elative to the control. The average daytime temperature ranges from 33.3-34.2 ℃, which is 10 ℃ lower than the control. Due to the rotary type vertical culture facility supplied the shading effort good for coriander growth to show the better growth performance in summer. The coriander growing in plug plate system is able to harvest 10 days earily than in open field, and the yield per unit area increased 70% more. |
