| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的為瞭解臺南市98學年度國中生之體適能狀況,研究對象以6所國中為對象,經隨機、叢集抽樣方式挑選七年級學生,男生共1238人、女生共1313人進行體適能測驗,以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)與薛費法(Scheffe method)作事後比較(α=0.05)。(一).結論1.在身體質量指數方面,民德國中的男女生的身體質量指數明顯高於其他學校,顯示此階段學生肥胖程度為普遍。2.在柔軟度方面,大成國中七年級男女生顯著低於其他學校。3.在坐姿體前彎方面,後甲國中男女生的表現較為突出。4.大成國中、中山國中跑走表現顯著優於後甲國中、安順國中、民德國中的女生。(二).建議1.在身體質量指數方面,民德國中應針對飲食、課程與運動處方等方面來著手改善此問題。2.在柔軟度方面,大成國中可加強此方面課程。3.在肌耐力的課程可參酌後甲國中,以瞭解該校學生在此方面的表現。4.在體育教學課程的設計中,增加心肺訓練課程,應能改進學生身體質量指數與心肺能力。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of the research is to understand the physical fitness of the junior high students in Tainan City in semester 98. The objects of the research are six schools. We pick the seventh graders by using cluster random sampling, including 1238 boys and 1313 girls. We do the comparison by using One-way ANOVA and Scheffe method. (α=0.05).I.Conclusion.1. As for the Body Mass Index, it is obviously higher in Min De Junior High School than in other schools. It shows that obesity is common for the students at this stage.2. As for the body flexibility, the seven-grade boys and girls in Da Cheng Junior High School is extraordinary lower than in other schools.3. As for the sit and reach test, it is more outstanding in Hou Jia Junior High School.4. As for the run-walk test, the girls in Da Cheng and Jhong Shan Junior High Schools are extraordinary better than in Hou Jia, Asjh, and Min De Junior High Schools.II. Suggestion.1. As for the Body Mass Index, Min De Junior High School should aim at food, curriculum and sports to improve this problem.2. As for the body flexibility, Da Cheng Junior High School can strengthen the realted curriculum.3. As for the endurance training, we can refer to the students in Hou Jia Junior High School to know better about their performance.4. If we add cardiorespiratory training courses to the Physical Education curriculum, we should be able to increase the students' Body Mass Index and cardiorespiratory abilities. |
