中文摘要 | 膝關節在人體下肢扮演著重要的角色,為傳遞負荷、參與運動、協助保持動量並提供腿部活動之力偶。但另一方面也因位處距人體重心較遠的位置,體重常有較長的作用力臂,所以一但下肢肌力不足負荷造成關節不穩定時膝關節很容易遭受損傷。肌力除了幫助運動表現外,也是維持關節穩定的重要角色。且在受傷後臨床上的復健手段中,肌力訓練也是最常用的方式之一。肌力訓練(strength training)是指設計不同的訓練動作,藉由個人的體重、器械或其它設備為負荷,以增強肌力、爆發力及肌耐力為主要目標的訓練方式。施作原則是由動作模式、訓練時間、訓練組數、訓練頻率、訓練強度、訓練的反覆次數、組間休息時間等參數所構成。肌力訓練的好處,可以增加韌帶和肌腱能負荷的力量強度,對於穩定膝關節,避免傷害發生有相當大的功能。 |
英文摘要 | The knee joints play a crucial role to the lower limbs of our bodies, and they serve as the couples to transfer weight, to take part in exercise, to help maintain the momentum and to promote leg activities. However, when there is not sufficient strength for the lower limbs, the knee joints may become unstable and may be damaged easily because they are located farther from the barycenter of the body and the weight needs longer distance to transfer. Muscle strength can promote not only the physical performance but also the stability of the knees. Moreover, strength training is also a common clinical treatment for rehabilitation. Strength training refers to the design of various activities in accordance with personal weight or applied equipments to enhance muscle strength, explosive force and endurance. The operation principles are composed of variables such as activity modes, training time, group numbers, training frequency, training strength, training repetition, and the break time between different groups. To sum up, strength training is helpful to enhance the strength of the ligament and the tendon, and it is also very crucial to stabilize the knee joints and to prevent the injury from happening. |
