中文摘要 | 本研究有感於目前國內文化創意產業在經紀人才培育上的欠缺,試圖發展一套完整的文創經紀人培育課程模式,使文創經紀人得以扮演貣文創產業價值鏈上游、中游與下游的串連角色,將文創工作者之構思與創作進行商品化與市場化的推廣,以實質發揮文創產業鏈的綜效。因此,本研究依階段性的規劃概念,提出「扎根—初階基礎通識的養成」、「成長—進階專業領域的培育」、「茁壯—國際觀點的突破」等三大主軸的課程設計與規劃,並在各階段課程的開設上,依據文創經紀人應該具備的三項角色:守門員(提供創作者較佳的創作環境)、領航者(引領及育成創作品成為暢銷品)、行銷者(建構使作品受歡迎的環境氛圍)所應擁有的專業知能進行設計,以期提出一套得以培育出全方位文創經紀人的課程建構模式。 |
英文摘要 | While government and businesses try to develop the cultural and creative industry to raise national industry value, the role of art brokers who could bridge the values of whole industry supply chain becomes importance. However, this kind of brokers and the completely training system is lack in Taiwan. The purpose of this study attempts to develop the training framework for improving art brokers' overall knowledge. The training model in this study includes three levels: general education level, professional training level, and international perspective level. Also, developing courses in each training level should consider three brokers' roles, naming Gatekeeper, Navigator and Marketer. Finally, the results provide a valuable implication for future studies and business practices. |
