中文摘要 | 位於山坡地之學校常常利用大規模的挖填整地,或地勢較平緩的土石流堆積區,做為建物規劃之用地所需,惟其潛在之危害因子,便會因為工址地形、地質及地下水條件之不同,而有不同的影響。為避免後續可能災害的發生,故在工址調查階段,即需針對潛在之風險進行辨識,以及掌握邊坡主要之危害因子,以利提出因應之設計,達到「避災」及「減災」的功能。此外,利用既有環境資源做為生態工程的基礎,再輔以適當的水土保持,以及景觀植生工程等設施,並採因地制宜的規劃,才能符合安全與生態並重的實踐原則。 |
英文摘要 | Candidate sites for hillside school usually adopts enormous excavation and landfill of debris flow deposition area with mild slope. However, the potential factors are differ with topography, geology and ground water conditions. In order to prevent further potential hazards, identification of potential risk and evaluation of major factors affecting landslide during site investigation. Design followed by previous procedure is response to avoid and mitigate hazards. Moreover, soil and water conservation, landscape vegetation engineering works should be based on current environment as ecological engineering. Thus plan with local conditions is practice principle of equal attention on safety and ecology. |
