英文摘要 | Creative city is now deemed as a paradigm shift in city transformation; issues like urban regeneration, cultural city, cultural creative industries, and city marketing are all core discourses of creative city. This thesis aims to discuss how governments of Japan and Taiwan develop policies and activities, to analyze the differences within the two countries' discourses of creative cities, and to give suggestions about what Taiwan should do in planning creative cities. |
