中文摘要 | 工作壓力研究在近20年間快速發展,已成為組織行為研究高度重視的議題。工作壓力的影響不僅深具學術意義,也有實務管理的迫切需要。本文目的將對工作壓力研究進行回顧與評論,系統性分析多年來的工作壓力相關研究。首先將回顧工作壓力之發展與定義,討論理論模式的重要觀點。接著對台灣工作壓力研究進行評論性分析,建立工作壓力之概念關聯網。藉由了解當代研究現況,釐清過去知識的困境,提出未來研究方向,並納入正向心理學觀點,考量文化本位議題,以期對工作壓力研究有更進一步的啟發。 |
英文摘要 | Job stress has become an important topic and accumulated massive research results in the past 20 years. There are both theoretical and practical needs to explore stress management topics. The main purpose of this paper is to review job stress literature systematically. We first clarified the definition of job stress, discussed different theoretical perspectives, reviewed and criticized job stress research in Taiwan, which helped audience to capture the nomological network of job stress. Through understanding of the current research approaches, we highlight important research questions and propose future research directions. Last but not least, we also comprised positive psychology and culture issue in our review to further inspire future research. |
