| 英文摘要 | Examination for Elementary Rank has long history and accumulated many good experiences and built authority status for competitive process and technique. But contrarily, the successful implementation of exam will bloc disadvantaged minority’s chance to participate and the passed people also may not accept low level position. This paper argue that the reform of exam can use diversity management ideas, it means the exam should take care of both participants and recruit needs: first, the exam should provide more chances to disadvantaged minority, second, the exam technique need to include more test of practice, finally, to integrate the exam and recruitment, reset the unique status of Elementary Rank exam and the organization also can use multiple assessment approach to recruit qualified elementary rank people. |
