中文摘要 | 由於工商發展的快速成長,世界各國都面臨都市化(Urbanization) 導致人口大量 流入與都市環境日趨惡化等問題,例如空氣、水與土壤的各種汙染、居住空間狹小、 交通擁塞、熱島效應、大量廢棄物等。為了進行都市環境的監測,傳統上大都使用衛 星影像及航空攝影以垂直向下的視角拍攝地表資訊,進一步則是透過正射影像進行土 地覆蓋分析、土地變遷偵測與土地利用調查。近年來由於三維空間資訊的需求逐漸擴 大,導致空載傾斜攝影逐漸受到航遙測領域的重視。由於傾斜攝影之內容具有立體感 且地物立面資訊相當豐富,觀看者不需專業訓練即可判釋各種地物。此外,透過垂直 與傾斜攝影多視角及高重疊影像的整合,可更完整的觀察整個都市環境,同時產製地 物表面三維點雲,進而重建仿真三維城市模型。本文主旨即在探討,空載傾斜攝影在 都市環境監測之應用及其相關技術,包括如何透過影像分析自動判釋傾斜影像中的各 種地物類別,並進一步將影像匹配點雲分成相同地物類別、如何自動化重建三維仿真 城市模型,以及如何應用此類遙測資料進行都市環境變遷監測。 |
英文摘要 | As the growth of economic activities are fast, cities over all the world are facing the issue of urbanization which attract mass population and deteriorate the living environment of a city. Problems such as air, water, and soil pollutions, narrow living space, traffic jam, heat island, and large volume of garbage are getting worse day by day. For the purpose of urban environment monitoring, the satellite imagery and aerial photos that looking down vertically from the air were chosen conventionally. These images were further ortho-rectified for land-cover analysis, change detection, and land-use investigation. In recent years, due to the demands of 3D geospatial information are getting higher, the use of airborne oblique imaging system is proposed in the field of remote sensing and photogrammetry. Since the ground objects acquired by the oblique aerial imagery (OAI) were sensed like a stereoscopic view with naked eye and the lateral information is richer than a vertical aerial image (VAI), the user can recognize all ground objects without the need of professional training. Meanwhile, integrating both VAI and OAI acquired from multiview positions with high overlap ratio, we can observe the city environment more complete. Thus, the generation of 3D point cloud and photo-realistic 3D city model is possible. The aims of this paper are to discuss the applications and related technologies of OAI for the purpose of urban environment monitoring. Namely, how to perform image classification on the OAI automatically and further classify the 3D point cloud into different objects, how to reconstruct a photo-realistic 3D city model automatically, and how to apply these kinds of remote sensing data for urban environment change monitoring. |
