中文摘要 | 教育部在全國教育局長會議中宣布,民國九十七學年度於各縣市設置五十三個國中技藝教育專案編班,並且投注一億多元的教育補助經費,這項新政策的目的是為學業低成就的學生(國二升國三階段),有機會選擇念技藝教育專案編班,提早培養職業專長(教育部,2008a),再加上,技藝教育的實施是有助於國中生多元進路的發展(汪松霖,2002)。所以,當教育部投入較多的教育補助經費給各地國中學校辦理技藝教育專案編班,P國中技藝教育專案編班的開辦情形為何,是否異於其他學校及P國中承辦人冀望P國中學業低成就的學生能夠及早習得一技之長,也讓職業性向高的學生做好職業試探,P國中技藝教育專案編班之運作是否能夠達成這些目的,為研究者想要瞭解的研究動機。此研究期望透過個案研究法瞭解新竹市P國中之技藝教育專案編班實施現況之運作與困難,並針對資料的蒐集進行分析,期盼此研究結果能提供教育行政機構、學校及承辦人,於開始辦理技藝教育專案編班時的參考,也讓學校日後在辦理國中技藝教育專案編班時能有更臻完善的措施與做法。 |
