中文摘要 | 台灣技職教育的主要目標為培養各產業所需的各級技術人才,大部份技職校院的教學較著重各項專業能力的教育與訓練,對品格的培養較少重視,因而有少數學生在踏入社會後,面臨一些職場上不正當的事情時,常會因品格欠缺或薄弱,以自我利益為優先考量,導致判斷錯誤,做出不當的決定,甚至誤蹈法網,不僅造成個人、企業的損失,也導致社會亂象叢生。因此,職業倫理已成為全球各行各業經營的重大課題,也是大學校院主要的教育目標,在通識倫理課程外,也加入各個領域特屬的職業倫理,以提升學生倫理議題的敏感度。本文從心理學的觀點來探討,期使職業倫理教學能更加落實。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, the main goal of the vocational education is to cultivate different kinds of professionals. Most of the teachings in the vocational universities or colleges focus on the trainings of different kinds of professional abilities, not on the character education. Therefore, few people are unable to resist the temptations or make the right decisions. They even break the laws and cause a great loss of person or enterprise and also cause a mess of our society. Professional ethics has become an important subject all over the world and also one of the main courses in the universities. In the universities, they offer courses on not only general ethics but also professional ethics in order to raise students' moral sensitivity. The paper is to discuss the teaching of professional ethics from the viewpoint of psychology in order to make the result of teaching more efficient. |
