中文摘要 | 現有離岸風場約集中於水深15-40m,由於海纜工程穿越水域深淺不一,且其間經過之地質條件不同,施工方式亦有所差異,必須使用綜合性之思考模式,選用不同之施工機具,相互配合,無縫接軌才能完成。基本上上岸後之陸域段以現有陸域工法施工外,海域中之海纜則可採先佈放後埋設或佈埋設同時施工之工法進行,但對於直接穿越鄰近海堤、穿越堤後道路至沙灘段或橫跨既有海底管(纜)線之狀況,海纜在砂質海床之埋設深度、海纜拋石外加保護;進入離岸風力機基礎設施之相關保護方式,皆影響海纜工程之施工品質。此外,海纜工程所使用之工法技術與機具例如ROV等較為特殊,必須有專門技術人員隨時監控方能完成,故本文乃將海底電纜之施工技術綜合做一整理,俾利從事類似海域工程之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Offshore wind farms are located around 15 meters to 40 meters depth, even they will be built to deeper sea in trend. The submarine cable still belongs to the shallow water cables comparing to other cross sea channel cables. The route of submarine cable for offshore wind farm generally laying from shallow water to mid deep water area, the geographic and geological condition near sea floor varies dramatically. It will need to apply several different construction methods, such as the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for passing through the bottom of seawall, spraying mattress or cobble dumping for subsea pipeline, and the protection in the vicinity of foundation and J-tube of offshore wind turbine. The study tried to collect the specific installation methodologies and machines for example the ROV from existed offshore wind farm development in Europe, and point out the major technical issues which shall be concerned. |
