中文摘要 | 近年來政府積極推動推廣「再生能源」,其中在風能則全力推動「千架海陸風力機」計畫,依規劃國內將在2030年前安裝約600架離岸風力機。本文以英國及丹麥近年來離岸風場開發遭遇問題分析為基礎,針對國內外離岸風電發展目前遭遇之困難與瓶頸,如相關工程技術、建購成本、地質與結構互制之安全性、環境影響及海事工程產業與市場需求等條件,嘗試從產業與學術觀點整合提出創新的解決方案,以重力式基礎作為國內發展離岸風電提供另一種選擇。 |
英文摘要 | The development for renewable energy is highly valued, and offshore wind energy is one of the few kinds of sustainable energy which can be operated reliably and harvested efficiently. In this study, problems encountered in offshore wind turbine development based on analysis are from the United Kingdom and Denmark, and try to come up with innovative perspectives from industry and academic integration solutions to gravity as the basis for domestic development of offshore wind power provides an alternative choice. |
