中文摘要 | 教育部補助十餘所大學推展的三年期「公民素養陶塑計畫」,延續著近年通識教育改革理念,強調透過社會參與來培養學生批判思考、問題解決與行動抉擇等公民核心能力,進一步擴大為全校性的改革。該計畫「核心素養融入專業課程」與「社會參與式學習」等二項目,鼓勵教師將公民核心素養融入系所專業課程。國立臺東大學執行第二年期計畫首創重點發展「社會參與示範學系」,以系為單位累積綜效,俾能帶動全校性改革。其中數位媒體與文教產業學系以創系以來跨課程專題製作的運作方式,在提升就業力的同時有效融入公民素養,帶領大一學生為排灣族部落編製出七本「獵人學校」圖文書,並引導大二學生省思教育議題,攝製出七部微電影。本行動研究依據公民素養陶塑計畫的「公共性」、「多樣性」與「自主性」等三大精神,詮釋學生在專題製作中展現的公民核心能力所具有的意涵,最後以加強學生在社區議題現場的行動實踐為重點提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The Civic Literacy Cultivating Project of the Ministry of Education continues the approach of previous college general education reform in recent years, emphasizing the cultivation of civic competencies of critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and so forth. National Taitung University has conducted the 3-year project since 2011. In 2012 academy year, four "pilot departments" were recruited to conduct the two subprojects of "social participatory learning" and "core literacies fusing into professional curricula" which encourage professors to incorporate the civic literacy into their curricula. The Department of Digital Media and Education Industry was the most important "pilot department" in the project because of its featured running model of collaborative instruction and cross-subject project-based learning. With the subsidies from the project, the freshmen edited 7 picture books after reflectively experiencing local indigenous tribal culture, and the sophomore shot 7 micro-movies based on the critical thinking on key educational issues in Taiwan. Based on the three criterion of the project, this action research analyzes the "publicity" and "diversity" in the theme and story constructing process, and the "autonomy" in the collaborative project-based learning process. The suggestions were also provided emphasizing taking further social participatory actions on real issues in local communities. |
