中文摘要 | 本研究材料之台灣烏心石(Michelia compressa var. formosana)、蘭嶼烏心石(Michelia compressa var. lanyuensis)及烏心石舅(Magnolia kachirachirai)採自台北植物園內樣木。三種分類群的植物在其形態上相似以及變異性,所以希望能利用化學成分分析上取得關鍵性的鑑別方式,本研究採用薄層成分分析(Thin Layer Chromatograph, TLC)與氣相質譜儀(Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer, GC-MS)分析來加以鑑別。每種分類群各取3個單株並以樣本重量(g):正己烷(ml)=1:20方式萃取,經濃縮取並調配成相同濃度;薄層成分分析放入展開液Hex:EA=1:1及Hex:EA=2:1的溶劑中展開,發現烏心石舅、台灣烏心石及蘭嶼烏心石在RF值有明顯差異,而台灣烏心石及蘭嶼烏心石之區別為台灣烏心石發現RF值0.76與0.48,但是在蘭嶼烏心石中卻沒有此值,有此以茲區別。後將萃取物經由極性分層後取上層溶於Hex中配置成500 ppm進行氣相質譜儀之分析,利用質譜儀分析出其確切之成分區別,發現可茲區別之成分為Cyclopentanol.3-methyl-、Eugeno、1-lodo-2-methylundecane、Cis-Z-α-Bisabolene epoxide。 |
英文摘要 | This Research Material, Fomosan Michelia (Michelia compressa var. Formosana), Lanyu Michelia (Michelia compressa var. Lanyuensis) and Kachirachirai Magnolia (Magnolia kachirachirai) collected from the Taipei Botanical Garden of woody samples. Three taxa of plants similar in its form and variability, so we're hoping to find a identifying ways to achieve a critical analysis of the use of the chemical composition. This study used a thin layer analysis (TLC) and gas-phase mass spectrometer (GC-MS) for component analysis. Each plant taxa took three samples with the sample weight (g): n-hexane (ml)=1: 20 method and extract were dried over and concentrated to get the same concentration. TLC composition analysis into eluent of Hex: EA=1:1, and Hex: EA=2:1 solvent found Kachirachirai Magnolia, Fomosan Michelia, and Lanyu Michelia, having significant differences in the RF value. The difference between Taiwan and Lanyu Michelia for RF values 0.76 and 0.48, but in the Kachirachirai Magnolia was not this value, to have this to hereby difference. The extracts were stratified by the polarity of the upper layer is dissolved in Hexan and configured to 500 ppm for analysis by gas mass spectrometer. The use of a mass spectrometer to analyze the composition of its exact difference was hereby found to be the difference between the composition of Cyclopentanol.3-methyl-, Eugeno, 1-lodo-2-methylundecane, Cis-Z-α-Bisabolene epoxide. |
