中文摘要 | 本研究乃係探討以複材製成且具線性變化預扭角風車翼片之自然振動行為,其分析方法為採用三維樑之有限元素法。在研究中,首先以動力學之Hamilton原理推得三維樑元素之動態運動方程式,並求得元素在旋轉狀態下之質量矩陣、線剛性矩陣、慣性阻尼矩陣、旋轉所造成之剛性矩陣、以及因離心力作用所造成之非線性剛性矩陣。而依所推得之各矩陣結果與組成撰寫有限元素分析程式,並求得上述翼片在不同轉速、預扭角、與翼片根部裝置角等組合條件下對自然振動頻率與對應振型之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The natural vibration behavior of a pretwisted windmill blade of composite cross section is investigated using finite element analysis. Application of Hamilton's principle of dynamics embedded in three dimensional beam theory leads to equations of motion of an element. The consistent mass matrix, linear stiffness matrix, inertial damping matrix, stiffness matrix due to frame rotation, as well as geometric stiffening stiffness matrix due to centrifugal force are derived. A structural module for analysis of the natural vibration of beams is then developed to obtain the various natural vibration modes of blades under rotating conditions. A number of pretwist angles, root angles, as well as rotating velocities are assumed so that the effects of such parameters on the natural vibration behavior of a rotating blade may be realized. |
