中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在編製適合中學生使用的正向心理健康量表以探討中學生 的心理健康指標,並比較不同背景(性別、國高中與年級別)中學生心理健康的 差異性。以國中生180名及高中生185名進行預試,根據項目分析及探索性因素分 析的結果,決定25題的正式量表。其中包含五個向度;「自我悅納」、「人際關 係」、「情緒平衡」、「家庭和諧」及「正向樂觀」。再以2,578名國中生(男 1,289名、女1,289名)及2,482名高中生(男1,297名、 女1,185 名)為研究樣本, 進行正式量表的信度與效度檢驗。所有結果顯示,正向心理健康量表在國中及高 中生都有高的內部一致性及穩定性驗證性因素分析結果顯示,國中及高中組所提 出的五因素模式,都有不錯的適配度。另外正向心理健康與情緒智慧、個人特質 及復原力都有正向關聯性。說明正向心理健康量表適合於測量中學生心理健康的 良好工具。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to develop a Positive Mental Health Scale (PMHS) to measure the index of mental health for high school students. A total of 365 junior and senior high school students participated in the pretest study. Based on the results of item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, five dimensions: Self acceptance (SA), Human relationship (HR), Family harmony (FH), Emotional balance (EB), and Optimistic and enterprising (OE) were identified in PMHS. This measure, with 25 items in total scale, is a self-report five-point Likerttype scale. 5060 students from junior and senior high school were used as samples. The results showed that: The internal consistence of the PMHS in high school was satisfactory. The construct validity of PMHS was maintained through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results of CFA indicated the model fit was acceptable. In addition, the correlation results showed that PMHS was related to emotional intelligence, personal traits and resilience. Overall, psychometric evaluation demonstrated that PMHS is statistically reliable and valid. |
