中文摘要 | 道路瀝青混凝土使用經過一段時間後,鋪築路面的瀝青會老化,縮短使用壽命。由於砂石礫料可以重複使用,並且國內也缺少礫料資源,除須正視砂石礫料可能枯竭問題,也需考慮回收瀝青混凝土對環境影響,因此將回收瀝青混凝土再有效利用成為綠色建材重要議題。以RA5再生劑對不同程度老化的道路瀝青再生性能研究。以動力剪切流變儀(RSR)和黏度儀分析再生劑與老化道路瀝青性能,結果顯示:添加再生劑有效降低老化道路瀝青的黏度及複合模數(G*),增加相位角;對不同程度R0.6及R1.6老化瀝青,各加入20~25%及30%再生劑,可達到原新鮮瀝青AC20特性,顯示再生劑可影響老化瀝青特性,由硬化彈性體可轉變成黏彈性體。 |
英文摘要 | Once the road bituminous concrete was used for some time, the bitumen on pavement had been gradually aged and got its lifetime shortened. Since there is a shortage of gravel in Taiwan, recycled gravel seems to be an alternative way for the need. Thus, how to make an efficient utilization of recycled bituminous concrete becomes the important eco-friendly topic. Properties of road bitumen with different aging levels reclaimed by RA5 pitch regenerant were investigated in this study. DSR and Brookfield viscometer were utilized to measure the properties of aged road bitumen and pitch regenerant (recycling agent). The results indicate that pitch regenerant (recycling agent) can greatly lower viscosity and complex modulus(G*) of aged road bitumen, and also increase the phase angle. By adding 20~25% and 30% of pitch regenerant (recycling agent) respectively, the properties of aged bitumen (R0.6 and R1.6) can be restored as that of fresh bitumen AC20. The pitch regenerant (recycling agent) has strong influence on the physical properties of aged bitumen, turning hardened elastic materials into viscoelastic ones. |
