中文摘要 | 現今發展的可降解再生膜(仿生薄膜),已不同於傳統膠原蛋白再生膜之純化處理後再塑型方法,而以活體組織進行酵素處理,去除活體組織中的細胞及殘留抗原,來保留此膠原仿生薄膜原有活性蛋白來加速癒合過程;此外,此類保有原始完整細胞外間質結構之仿生薄膜,在實際手術施術操作上,也含有較佳之機械操作強度。本篇文章嘗試對膠原仿生薄膜是否有潛力運用於引導組織再生手術進行初步評估。 |
英文摘要 | Intraosseous mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) is an uncommon salivary gland tumor. We reported a case of intraosseous MEC in a 45-year-old female presented with a right mandibular swelling with pain. Radiographic studies showed bone destruction of the lingual plate of tooth #48. Histopathological examination showed the marrow tissues of bone were infiltrated with tumor nests. The tumor consisted of a mixture of cells with foamy cytoplasm and squamoid cells. Immunohistochemical stain demonstrated that the tumor cells were positively stained with CK7. The tumor cells also showed focal positive reaction with mucin stain. A MEC was diagnosed. There was no recurrence of the tumor 22 months after surgery. |
