中文摘要 | 本文分析2010-2012三年八八風災週年新聞,初步發現主流報紙 內容以受災戶悲慘故事與回憶當年受災狀況為主,且塑造偏差的集 體記憶;以災後復原為焦點的莫拉克獨立新聞網,較能呈現多元觀 點,但是民眾最需要的防災知識、心靈照護、防災管理仍少提及。 八八風災週年新聞呈現大多為感官新聞的主題與報導方式,宛如一 場場新聞媒體的慶典,各媒體未能利用災難週年的「機會之窗」, 以民眾需要與防災管理取徑製作週年新聞,提供各行動者反省與改 善契機。 |
英文摘要 | This research conducted in-depth interviews with people filing complaints (direct complainants), consumer protection officers (indirect complainants), corporate public relations managers (defendants), reporters (media), and chief editors (media) in order to explore and analyze the differences between each of the four major newspapers with regards to the handling and processing of complaint-based news. This research discovered that people in the twenty-first century, because of the Internet and new technological tools, are accustomed to, via Internet-connected mobile phones, expressing their basic human rights through the complaint channels of the four major newspapers. In return, the news media achieves the maintenance and protection of basic human rights by continuously reporting civic complaint news. |
