中文摘要 | 本研究為改善菇類廢棄木屑堆肥(或稱太空包資材)做為噴植基材常呈現表面乾裂、結殼和 吸水不佳等缺點,添加之輔助纖維材為棉、麻、稻稈及木質纖維,再依1/50 和1/200 不同添加 量分為8 組配比進行試驗。試驗結果發現,添加輔助纖維材確實能有效降低水分損失,且可增 加噴植基材之保水力,反之,若其添加量過多將導致保水力下降,其中以輔助纖維材與太空包 資材之比例約為1/200 較佳。此外,為了解不同配比的基材對種子發芽之影響,乃進行種子發 芽試驗,試驗結果得知,試驗組中「太空包資材+棉1/200+CMC」之發芽率最高(81.75%),其 次為對照組「太空包資材+CMC」(77.25%),其他配比發芽率約為69.25~73.25%,但各試驗組 與對照組均無明顯差異,即添加之輔助纖維材料對種子發芽率無顯著影響。但試驗中充分給水 與否則會影響種子的發芽勢及發芽率,即充分給水發芽率可提高約10%~20%,並減少2~3 天 之發芽所需歷程。 |
英文摘要 | Employing mushroom cultivated Sawdust Waste (also known as waste cultivation bag material) as Hydroseeding Material has a number of disadvantages, for instance, often shows split on the surface, crusts and poor water absorption. For improving these shortcomings, several accessory fiber materials which are cotton, hemp, rice straw and wood fiber are added, and then carrying out the experiment by dividing into eight groups according to diverse proportion of addition, that is, the one-fiftieth (1/50) and the one-two-hundredth (1/200).It is obvious that water is hardly to be lost and water retention capacity of Hydroseeding Material is increased by adding accessory fiber materials.On the contrary, excess additives may lead to a decrease in water retention capacity. It seems that the preferable proportion of accessory fiber materials and waste cultivation bag material is the onetwo- hundredth (1/200). Furthermore, germination experiments are carried out in order to explore the evidence for the link between different ratio of materials and germination effects. The experiments show that the trial group (waste cultivation bag materials, 1/200 cotton and CMC) has the maximum percentage germination (81.75%). The control group (waste cultivation bag materials and CMC) got the second place (77.25%) and the other is approximately 69.25~73.25%. However, it seems that there is no significant difference between the trial group and control group. It shows weak relationship between accessory fiber materials addition and germination experiments. Nevertheless, germination potential would be affected by supplying water adequately or not. The ermination rate raises about 10%~20%, and it reduce 2 to 3 days duration of germination. |
