中文摘要 | 本文以某眼鏡連鎖店為例,問卷蒐集132家分店主管資料,探究人力資源管理措施與服務創新的關聯,並以層級迴歸進行研究分析。本文將人力資源管理措施分為五項構面,包括招募與甄選、訓練與發展、績效薪酬、績效評估、員工參與。研究結果發現,主管個人特質部分對服務創新無影響。而人力資源管理措施中訓練與發展、績效薪酬、績效評估、員工參與對服務創新有顯著正向影響。本文說明在服務業當中,對於服務創新之推動,人力資源管理措施各構面扮演重要的角色。最後,本文亦討論相關之管理意涵與未來研究建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between human resource management (HRM) practices and service innovation. The study chooses optical stores as samples and 132 valid samples are collected. We employ a cross-sectional design and use regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Our independent variables comprised of five HRM practices (recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation management, performance appraisal, employee involvement). Service innovation served as our dependent variable. Our findings provided partial support for our main hypotheses. Training and development, compensation management, performance management, employee involvement are found to have a positive and significant effect on service innovation. Our study highlights the important role played by HRM practices in stimulating service innovation in the context of the service industry. |
